COMMUNITY MANAGER

We are looking for a Community Manager that knows the flip out of the social world. You obsess over all the social platforms and they’re forever changing algorithms, move at the speed of social, and also understand how important a brilliant community manager can be to the overall success of a brand’s social health.

This person can…

Post approved content accurately on social platforms, while also able to quickly recognize an issue and flag it appropriately
Interpret a brand’s creative voice on social, understanding the nuance in tone and frequency needed as platforms vary
Communicate in an efficient and customer-centric approach. You get that we are in the service business, and that this job is “always on.”
Stay on top of social trends, making (quick) recommendations that line the brand up with the opportunity
Experience building original content is a plus, specifically quick-turn video content formatted to REELs and TikTok
Advise on content post recommendations (copy and image) based on audience insights
Review digital analytics reporting from Facebook, Google Analytics, Pinterest, etc and create directional insights

Requirements:

3+ years of experience publishing content on and community managing on platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and Twitter
Experience or interest in the running community
Located in or has the ability to work PST hours - and weekends when needed

This position reports to the Social Media Director
