The Family Hubs programme is a new and exciting initiative which looks to provide support for local children and families and the Community Engagement Coordinator is integral in making this happen. We are looking for motivated individuals who are:- Creative Self-motivated Good organisers Able to shape the activities and services that are offered to families within the community Good communicators and able to build relationships with members of the community We are looking for a Community Engagement Coordinators to be part of the Family Hubs Team in the Eastbourne, Hailsham and Seaford area in East Sussex. As a Community Engagement Coordinator you should be interested in working in a community environment working closely with the Community Engagement Manager to identify volunteering opportunities within the Family Hubs as well as being part of the development of the new Family Hubs programme which looks to provide support for local children and families. The Family Hubs will support the Early Help Service by recognising that all families need support at different times and will aim to offer early intervention in order to ensure that babies and children have the best start in life.
