What is the job role?This is a fabulous opportunity for a Community Care Worker willing to embrace our ‘One Coventry’ values and join our transitions service in Coventry. We support young people as they transition from children's services and/or education into adult social care for the first time.
This post is exempted under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and as such appointment to this post will be conditional upon the receipt of a satisfactory response to a check of police records via Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS)
