Carer/Support worker for morning and afternoon shifts required with immediate start in Birstall, LE4

Pay:

£10.28 per hour Mon – Fri
£10.71 per hour Sat – Sun
£15.42 per hour Bank holidays

Shifts as:

Morning shifts 8am – 2.30pm and afternoon shifts 2pm – 8.30pm. Week days and 1 weekend on/off.

We provide 24 care for a lady with Alzheimer’s, duties include all personal care, medication administration, meal prep and assistance with eating, manual handling on crossovers with additional carer.

  We’re looking for:

• Paid previous experience as a care assistant is an advantage but not essential, we can provide full training with our introduction to care programme
• Excellent communication skills
• Compassionate and kind individuals
• A driver’s licence ideal
• Good professional or personal references

  In line with CQC & Care Inspectorate regulations, we require and will undertake Enhanced DBS/PVG, Right to Work, Reference and Employment History checks in line with Government guidelines for this role and safer recruitment best practice.
