This role is focussed on stakeholder management – building strong rapport with both internal and external stakeholders, with a focus on building long lasting relationships with residents whilst we are developing our networks in their area. You will also engage with communities through councils and MPs when we are moving our areas to an approved stage of build.
With your ear close to the ground you will be able to give a clear picture of how our communities are feeling, supporting our delivery team by being available to resolve resident issues and queries as well as providing our Businesss Development Operations team and our Marketing team with key leads and marketing needs in the area.
You'll educate, guide and inform people on the rollout of the brsk network, answering questions about our work and demonstrating that we're here to make their lives better and creating communities that are as passionate about brsk as we are.
This role is to cover a maternity leave and will be approximately a 9-12 month temporary contract with us.
About you
We are looking for an enthusiastic and flexible individual who is amazing at developing and managing stakeholder relationships and has strong experience in this area. You will love speaking to people and be fantastic at communicating and negotiating both verbally and in writing.
You will be passionate about engaging with your local community and be able to bring your own ideas to ensure that the communities we are building understand what we are doing and why we are doing it. You will be solution focussed and a great ambassador for our brand at all times.
This is very much an in-person role. You must have your own transport so you can travel to the Bradford community, visiting them several times each week.
Experience in Telecoms would be an advantage but not essential.
