Huckletree Oxford Circus

Our newest hub, Huckletree Oxford Circus is a workspace for the bravest minds in the digital futures sector, a meeting place between tech and humanity where you’ll find Web3 brands working alongside Metaverse builders, avant-garde designers and a passionate investor community. Set across two light-filled floors, teams can work from the parlour, run product demos from the immersive meta-lounge, ideate on our sunshine-drenched terrace oasis or dream-it-out in our calm kaleidoscopic atrium.

The Role

As our Community Associate you will support in all aspects of running our vibrant community, providing exceptional experiences to all our members. You will be an integral part of the success of your hub and the wider business, working within a cohesive team that is committed to providing a warm, welcoming, inclusive, and respectful environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcoming all members of the community to the space - current members, potential new members, guests, suppliers, and team mates
  • Working with the Community Manager to facilitate new member onboarding, including the allocation of membership cards and locker keys, answering any questions, and booking introduction tours
  • Ensuring all facets of our member experience are seamless including answering the phone, managing post and deliveries, booking meeting rooms, preparing and attending our weekly Members’ Socials, and making stellar lunch recommendations!
  • Supporting the team with managing and hosting both internal & external meeting room bookings - including moving furniture, AV set up, setting out food and drink offering (alcohol handling)
  • Supporting the team with running and hosting weekly members breakfast and members drink; food and drink (alcohol & soft) ordering, theme ideation, room set up & clean down
  • Conducting monthly building audits and daily building walk-arounds to ensure that the amenities are in good working order and looking great
  • Responsible for ensuring all supplies are stocked up, ordered, and replenished appropriately, keeping within budget
  • Supporting the Community Manager to develop community connections, including member introductions and planning, brainstorming, and hosting member events that will appeal to your community
  • Supporting the General Manager with any ad hoc tasks as required within your hub


Key Skills & Experience

  • Experience within a customer facing role in a workspace environment or hospitality business
  • Engaging, member focused and hospitality OBSESSED!
  • Natural curiosity for people around you, with ability to build meaningful relationships
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively manage your own time
  • Eager to learn more about startup and scaleup culture
  • Well rounded, agile, and creative problem solver
  • Confident in engaging effectively at all levels
  • Excellent team player
  • Excellent organisational skills, multitasking skills and detail oriented
