The role can be based in the UK, Belgium, Switzerland or any other European location (valid work permit required). Hybrid and/or remote working encouraged.
The role can be part, three quarter or full time
What you'll be doing
Reporting directly to out Chief People Officer you will::
- Own - in alignment with CPO and CEO - the internal communications strategy
- Write a communication plan, develop a roadmap and advise on most effective channels to use to engage target audience
- Be the guardian of the intranet: will maintain, manage and fill intranet with content
- Put in place comms guidelines and uphold those
- Advise the business on what type of content to talk /not talk about
- Write beautiful, fun and engaging content in English
- Be well-connected to all departments at EGG to find content to create and share that people will want to read
nice to have: Document Management on intranet - we need someone who is a doer as well as a strategic thinking, super critical to be a "social butterfly"/journalist kind of profile
Must haves
(We really mean it. Candidates who do not meet the following criteria will not be considered.)
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience building and implementing a strong communication strategy
- Ability to write strong, fun and engaging content
- Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Native/Fluent in English
Nice to haves
- Fluency in any other language
- Document management skills
