Job description

We're recruiting for a Communications Specialist to join our Internal Communications Team, based at our head office in Bradford.

You'll be building relationships and advising internal stakeholders on ways to effectively communicate messages. You'll be developing internal communication plans to support the engagement and understanding of the colleagues. You'll plan, draft and refine messages and content to deliver internal communications projects.

As a Communications Specialist you will be responsible for:

Providing information and communications advise to a range of internal stakeholders, including managers in the business on internal communication issues.
Working with colleagues to build communication plans and activities that support colleagues understanding.
Playing a positive role in creative meetings and brainstorms.
Managing the company's communication channel.
Developing and delivering communications plans for a range of projects and business initiatives.
Ensuring messages are consistent with Morrisons priorities, tone of voice and brand.
