Ingeus is all about people!! We are recruiting for a Communications & Public Affairs Manager to provide varied support delivering communications strategy and community engagement.
This is a hybrid role - travel required. Birmingham based head office.
What you’ll be doing as the Communications & Public Affairs Manager:
- Timely identification, analysis, and reporting of emerging issues and trends (including political and regulatory) that could impact our service delivery or reputation.
- Developing stakeholder knowledge through networking and representing the company’s services at external events.
- Produce monthly research, write and produce communications assets.
- Produce reports and evaluation to measure impact and influence.
- Provide communications, external affairs, and policy services to deliver our strategic aims.
This role would suit someone who is curious, creative, and capable of leading. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and be a self-starter who works with initiative to produce joined-up activity and high-quality results. You’ll have strong analytical skills and the ability to distil information into clear and actionable insights.
As our Communications & Public Affairs Manager we are looking for:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and attention to detail.
- Experience in stakeholder management and public affairs.
- Knowledge of stakeholder groups relevant to healthcare policy and the media environment.
- Practical experience of running events and stakeholder networks.
- Political awareness and commercial acumen.
