The Communications Content Specialist is pivotal to the transformation of Commercial function to ensure we support our Commercial employees through effective communications as we continue our Reimagine journey. This role will be responsible for the development of content for Commercial internal communications and the governance of our Proud Communicator communities.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Manage the Commercial communications governance meetings and actions- Manage the comms requests coming into the team to determine campaign messaging execution and timing
- Work with the Commercial chapter’s Proud communication communities to generate content and approvals based on Commercial communication strategy and the corporate strategic direction
- Source relevant image/video content,
- Copywrite to support story-telling aligned to the Commercial comms strategy
- Produce content for our communications channels such as All-Hands, Commercial Leadership Events, Commercial Hub, Emails and Commercial Yammer pages
- Work with Communications specialist and change management specialist to develop effective communications to drive understanding of our Reimagine strategy and the Commercial teams delivery
- Co-develop targeting strategies for audience communications with internal Communications Commercial team, test and evaluate best channel strategies for maximum audience engagement
- Design, create & execute internal communications content based on our Modern Luxury design philosophy
- Manage & facilitate interviews with key stakeholders across Commercial chapter to develop stories and content and manage reviews and approvals including Power Hours and All-Hands
- Support the development of CCO dedicated communications, scripts, emails using data points to augment storytelling and narrative
- Manage the planning and filming of vlogs, manage edit checks and manage sign-off and approvals with key stakeholders
- Support and participate in enterprise-wide internal communications forums
- Align with key stakeholders on key messaging and campaigns to ensure cross- collaboration, maximum engagement and message cut-through
- Work with the AV team to align on commercial comms filming and event set up and execution
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
Stakeholder management- Excellent eye for detail
- Excellent Powerpoint presentation design skills
- Good communicator
- Excellent writing skills
- Ability to read Commercial data and pull out key messages
- Proficient in O365 applications
- Team player
Desirable:
Editing skills on Adobe Platforms or other editing applications- Photographic and/or filming experience
