What you’ll do:

  • Lead a team of best in class external multi region copywriters to produce compelling, persuasive content to drive new customer acquisition and existing customer revenue.
  • Lead a team of freelance copywrites with specialist skills in relevant channels, verticals and products to drive all marketing and sales content.
  • Support all time zones and languages as needed.
  • Manage workflow to deliver on-time, on budget content.
  • Establish and maintain content ways of working to deliver high productivity and quality of all content producers across the content lifecycle- from pitch to production to placement to performance.
  • Ensure all content producers/copywriters are properly trained to produce brand and regulatory compliant comms.
  • Work with the Head of Brand to create content style guides, as well as the overall expression of WorldFirst’s corporate identity in the content that is produced.
  • Lead and inspire the developments of first-class content across multiple formats, including but not limited to: email, in portal, web pages, videos, infographics, blogs, display ads etc. to ensure optimal delivery of content to target audiences across multiple channels.
  • Manage internal and external meetings including content briefings, define what good/great standards of content looks like, develop a unified vision for all content.
  • Support the build of scalable and high-quality content production and amplification engine that delivers NFC growth and positive ROI.
  • Integrate AI driven content tools to reduce costs and increase speed to market.
  • Day to day management of the six-figure content marketing budget to deliver positive ROI and tangible commercial benefit.
  • Manage the content calendar accuracy, prioritisation and timely delivery.
  • Implement measurement systems and reports that measure, manage, optimise, and report headwinds and tailwinds to Ant/WorldFirst leadership teams, key stakeholders and wider marketing team, whilst always being on the lookout for new opportunities and competitive best practices which we can leverage.
  • Oversee an integrated content strategy that encompasses relevant channels, governance framework, and performance metrics/reporting to align with WorldFirst/Ant Group and regional market objectives and priorities.
  • Champion content guidelines and best practices to create high quality customer communications/content for all resources/internal teams.
  • Work closely with Ant’s PR team to drive external communications including PR activity and corporate communications.
  • Manage and oversee all WorldFirst social media channels in regard to content, promotion, customer engagement and servicing.
  • Leverage the experience and insights from regional and global colleagues across Ant PR to ensure a globally consistent approach to any PR activity.
  • Develop and implement a PR and media strategy to aid brand awareness and reputation marketing via communicating our proposition and the value we offer.
  • Implement/ oversee the execution of agreed PR activities such as drafting briefings, quotes, awards and press releases.
  • Respond to any crises or communication-related issues in a timely manner.
  • Live and breathe the Ant Group values. Use them to guide and underpin your day-to-day work and demonstrate how you apply these in the way you interact with others.

  • Broad experience across content marketing channels and a thirst to continue testing and learning.
  • Track record of managing external marketing and communication agencies.
  • Budget management experience.
