We are looking for an experienced business change communications manager to join our team and help us develop, manage, and deliver engaging, innovative, and inspiring communications and campaigns to all stakeholders, across multiple channels, as we embark on these changes.
Please note this role is open ended with fixed funding until July 2025.
What will you be doing?
You will work closely with colleagues in the University Structures 2030 Programme team and its senior stakeholders, to ensure an integrated approach to communications that supports the vision and University strategy, using communications best practice and professional standards.
You will lead on the development of high-quality communications, leveraging your experience to influence plans and delivery approaches. You will develop and implement proactive engagement plans in line with programme delivery, within the resources available and always evaluate its effectiveness and adapt as necessary.
You will be a member of the University of Bristol’s Marketing and Communications Division and will work day-to-day with the University Structures 2030 Programme team.

- You have experience of working with in a complex organisation, on large strategic change projects or programmes with multiple clients and people at all levels in the organisation.
- You have excellent interpersonal skills and client/customer experience with the ability to quickly establish credibility.
- You are a confident presenter, speaker and writer with ability to understand and quickly distil complex information.

Additional information
Contract type: Open Ended with Fixed Funding until July 2025.
Work pattern: Monday - Friday, 35 hours p/w

Salary: £40,745 - £45,737
