Summary:
Develops and directs integrated communications strategy, coordinating with communication teams and aligning with system strategic plans. Ensures coordinated approaches to major initiatives, driving execution of detailed communications plans with multiple audiences. Coordinates response to issues and events to protect and improve the overall image and reputation of UCHealth.

Work Schedule: Full Time Days

Responsibilities:
Develops and directs integrated communications focused on strategic objectives, change management and the overall image and reputation of UCHealth.

Coordinates with media relations, internal Communications, social media, website and executive communications teams, driving multiple projects at once. Supports senior executives with communications to employees, partners, outside organizations, elected officials and others. Writes and edits a broad range of communications.

In coordination with others, provides media training, issues management, and crisis communication planning and response. Serves as a spokesperson for UCHealth.

Ensures the highest-quality internal and external communication vehicles including newsletters, emails, town halls, mobile apps, intranet and other communications.

• Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.

Requirements:

• Minimum Required Education: Bachelor's degree in related field.
• Minimum Experience: 8 years of related experience including 5 years of progressively higher leadership experience.

The pay range for this position is: $57.56 - $92.10 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience.
