Reporting to the Senior Director of Global Corporate Marketing & Brand, the Communications Coordinator will be responsible for Revalize’s customer communications. This role will include developing messaging, working cross-functionally to gain approvals, and broadcasting communications across channels to customers in North America and Europe.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with internal team members and stakeholders to develop customer communications and experiences on Revalize's product and system features
Own execution of crisis communications to customer segments
Assist with online customer events and discussions as needed
Craft effective email broadcasts to keep our customers engaged and up to date on the latest information
Recommend and implement new ideas and innovations to improve customer experience
Qualifications
Bachelors in Marketing or Communications or comparable prior experience
Prior experience in HubSpot or other CRM
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
1-3 years of experience in corporate communications preferred
