What you'll do
In this key role, you’ll be communicating prioritised and strategic campaigns, authentic leadership messaging and developing communication strategies that support business priorities. Ensuring a clear and consistent narrative, you’ll work with your colleagues to create the look and feel of communication campaigns, advising stakeholders on the content, style and tone of messages.
Day to day, you’ll be:
- Advising the business on the most effective means of engaging colleagues across Retail
- Working closely with your colleagues across Communications & Marketing to make sure all messaging is accurate and aligned with the bank’s wider agenda
- Bringing your flair for creativity and willingness to try new things to a wide variety of communication messages.
- Managing all communication deliverables, with responsibility for delivering against the brief at all stages
The skills you'll need
We’re looking for someone with creativity and experience of planning and delivering employee communications. Experience of delivering or overseeing communications events would also be beneficial.
Along with this, you’ll need:
- Experience of managing multiple stakeholders, with good consultancy skills
- Strong networking and influencing skills at a senior level
- Good aptitude for learning new technical skills to measure and track data, publish news and manage online channels
- Strong writing skills and excellent attention to detail
- Project management experience
