Role and Responsibilities:
As a Communications Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing communication strategies that align with our business goals. Your role will involve:
- Ensuring the timely and consistent cascade of comms across the business
- Working with teams from across the hospital to promote new and existing initiatives, and the One Team ethos
- Increasing awareness of KIMS Hospital and Sevenoaks Medical Centre objectives, plans and initiatives to improve employee, consultant, medical secretary and GP engagement
- Supporting the Senior Marketing & Communications Manager with proactive and reactive external communications
- Supporting the launching of new services and future promotional activity as required
- Production of content, including copywriting
- Supporting the Medical Director & Business Development Team to inform and update consultants on the latest hospital news
Person Specification:
- Degree level qualification in relevant subject
- Highly motivated individual with energy and determination to succeed
- At least 3 years’ communications experience with proven experience of developing campaigns and content for different stakeholders and channels
- Team player with experience of working as member of small internal team and with external agencies
- Flexible and versatile in supporting business needs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Personal organisation and time management: an ability to prioritise
- Ability to work independently and take decisions
