Job description
Applications for our Level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship are now open for a October 2023 start.
This apprenticeship is aimed at those that have completed A Levels or equivalent studies and are looking to embark on an exciting career and earn as they learn. The apprenticeship will provide an insight into communications within a global law firm.

The apprenticeship will be based in our London office, working within the Business Development team. As an apprentice, you will support the day-to-day activity of a busy global communications function, from organising meetings with internal and external stakeholders to delivering communications projects via our website, intranet, email and social channels, liaising with our brand, campaign, event and marketing specialists, and analysing performance of our platforms and processes to suggest improvements.
In addition to a dedicated supervisor at Kennedys, you will have a tutor at Ginger Nut Training to ensure that you have all the support you need at work and with your studies. We offer a competitive salary (paying at a minimum the UK Living wage both in and outside London).
Ginger Nut Training will be our learning provider for the Level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship which will take place remotely. The apprenticeship will involve working at Kennedys four days a week and having one day a week to study.
To be considered for an apprenticeship, you will need:
- 3 x A-Levels or equivalent at Grade B or above
