Communications Executive
The Vacancy

We have an exciting opportunity for a Communications Executive to join the Business Development team!
The key responsibilities for the role:
- Work with external PR agency and coordinate all actions with internal stakeholders
- Keep the PR agency informed of all internal news and QA everything the PR agency produces ensuring it is accurate
- Track upcoming and ongoing activity in PR tracker
- Put together brief coverage report for board meetings
- Ensure new starter headshots/information is up to date for announcements
- Content management and updating the weekly content plan
- Run the quarterly content session- presentation with agenda and updates, brainstorming content and circulating notes
- Manage social media accounts (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok)- make sure information is up to date, generate regular content, sharing employees post, replying/commenting
- Encourage employee advocacy and educating them on the benefits of social media through training sessions
- Research and write insights/thought leadership pieces for the website on behalf of/in collaboration with internal stakeholders
- Research topics for articles that Hollis can publish and set up meetings with the necessary Hollis expert to put together key points
- Coordination of industry award and survey submissions, gathering information needed to submit Hollis for appropriate awards, liaising and coordinating with the relevant persons
- Support for strategic corporate comms projects – e.g Annual Report, company announcements etc.
Skills & Experience required:
- Degree in English is preferable, or a Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or demonstrated equivalent experience
- A passion for communications and creating engaging content
- Excellent written communication skills, this role will require exceptional writing ability
- Confident and articulate verbal communicator
- Excellent social media and digital marketing skills
