As an Operations Communication and Activity Executive you will provide communications to the operations team including pub teams and field teams. We are looking for an experienced communicator to join in our small and friendly Operations Communications (Ops Comms) team.

Job Description
In your role as Operations Communications & Activity Executive your responsibilities will be ...
- To collate content, compile, edit and issue the weekly communication round-up for multiple brands and audience groups, ensuring all spelling and grammar is accurate and is sent on time
- Following through and managing communications plans to support the launch of activity
- To give communications advice to the business and organise how and when communications are sent
- To organise, write and format communications for projects, briefs and ad-hoc communications
- To create and post engaging content on the intranet and internal social media platforms, then monitor the content, answer questions and initiate discussions
- To monitor and action emails received through the shared inbox
What you’ll bring…
- Excellent planning and organisation skills with the ability to multi-task and manage your own time with a flexible approach to work
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a willingness to learn how to design engaging digital content
- Strong attention to detail including excellent spelling and grammar.
- Good IT skills including Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel & PowerPoint.
- Able to spot problems and trends
