Do you have existing knowledge of setting up and managing a successful Telesales Business

Responsibilities Include:
- You will be responsible for overseeing the existing Telesales Team of 14
This consists of 2 Managers and 12 Telesales staff

• .Increasing the lead conversion from 48% to 60%
• Setting up a Customer Service / Outbound Sales Team (Initially 2 Team members. To follow up the the field sales appointments with a lower price, alternative product.
• Setting up a Solar Telesales Team, initially 2 members, to contact existing leads from a database informing them of other energy saving/ generating measures (+new leads when the above team is in place)
• Generating positive online reviews, by calling existing customers after installation
• Managing the lead database and implementing Ai where applicable
• Working closely with Marketing to improve ROI

About you

The person I am looking for must be proficient in all areas of Telesales and have a good working knowledge of Marketing

The person must be able to demonstrate that they have set up and run these Teams successfully previously
