We are looking for a Senior Student Recruitment Communications & CRM Officer to project manage the delivery of an engaging and innovative communication plan for all levels of study at Arts University Plymouth, ensuring it is responsive to the Further Education and Higher Education markets. The role will line manage and support the Student Recruitment and Communications officer to create content and organise and deliver timely, relevant and responsive email campaigns to support and enhance the student journey, as well as convert leads. Previous line management experience and an interest in contemporary arts and culture would be advantageous.
The role will have a particular focus on segmenting communications to key audiences and monitoring conversion rates, analysing the efficacy and impact of communications to ensure an effective recruitment service and you will be the key contact for the University CRM system. Experience of working with at least one CRM system and the ability to demonstrate a good working knowledge of CRM processes is essential. You will be expected to create and repurpose content with a creative flair, recognising the audiences we are targeting. An understanding/experience of using or commissioning graphic design, photography, and video content for campaigns would be beneficial.
You will have strong copywriting, planning and project management skills, think logically, and have a high level of written and spoken English including an excellent grasp of grammar and great attention to detail. You will be enthusiastic about recruiting students to Arts University Plymouth, have an ideas-focused outlook and have excellent communication skills. If you have previously worked at a creative organisation or agency that would be advantageous, however, this is not essential.
