Are you an enthusiastic articulate communicator? If so, an exciting opportunity has arisen at Bohunt Horsham for a Communications Officer to provide administrative support across a variety of areas including digital and print PR, marketing, home-school communication, events and general administrative tasks.
This role would encompass a variety of responsibilities, including writing and editing social media posts, press releases and website content to help ensure the clear communication of Bohunt Horshams message across all channels.
You should be confident using digital and social media, possess excellent written and verbal communications skills, use cameras and video editing software and be comfortable with WordPress website content management systems. Experience in using Canva or InDesign would be an advantage.
We expect the role to be based on part time hours (9am to 3pm, term time only, with the equivalent salary £14,934) but Bohunt Horsham wishes to support flexible working wherever possible and hours are to be agreed.
Potential candidates may make informal enquiries to Ms Georgette Ayling: Headteacher, by email: [email protected]
Bohunt Education Trust is committed to safeguarding and promoting welfare of children and young people and requires all staff and volunteers to share and demonstrate this commitment. The successful applicant will need to undertake an Enhanced DBS check and will be subject to social media checks. We are committed to equality of opportunity for all staff and applications from individuals are encouraged regardless of age, disability, sex, gender reassignment, sexual orientation, pregnancy and maternity, race, religion or belief and marriage and civil partnerships.
We anticipate a large response to this vacancy and reserve the right to end the advertisement early should we find the right candidate.
