- You’ll own the end to end execution and management of the customer communications roadmap.
- Working with our Comms & wider Marketing team and colleagues in Commercial, you’ll devise the very best possible customer communications – from notifications, to service messages to brand engagement and in-life and lifecycle communications.
- Using some of the very best tools on the market, you’ll know how to get the right analytics, information and reporting from our comms platform, and most importantly, you’d know what that means for your future campaign planning.
- You’ll work with the core functions of SMARTY and our agency partners to keep developing our comms look and feel, as well as our tone, continuously.
- You’ll be the face of base communications in our key team based meetings such as the weekly trading meeting, monthly base updates and through our key Go to Market delivery strands where customer communications are prevalent.
