We have an exciting opportunity to join the PCMIS team and play a key role in developing high quality customer communication, marketing, digital content and promoting PCMIS, an innovative Case Management System used widely across NHS mental health services and in a range of mental health related care settings.
PCMIS Health Technologies Ltd is a subsidiary company of the University of York. With strong links to the Mental Health and Addictions Research Group within the university’s Department of Health Sciences, we have a proven track record of translating cutting edge, evidence-based research into impactful technology solutions. PCMIS technology is utilised by over 12,000 health care professionals in the UK, Australia and Hong Kong supporting NHS services as part of the NHS Talking Therapies (formerly IAPT) programme, as well as Children and Young Person services, Staff Wellbeing, HE student services, research trials and a range of other health services.
PCMIS is able to collect and analyse a range of patient and service data in order to help healthcare services manage high volume mental health (and related) caseloads efficiently and accurately.
The post holder will be required to engage and build relationships with key stakeholders, potential new clients and develop digital activities to support PCMIS. You will be part of a small team that works closely to achieve the highest standards of excellence and customer support.
Role
You will work closely with the Business Development Manager and client-facing Business and Support functions, ensuring that our clients have a good level of knowledge and understanding of PCMIS products and how the product will meet the demands of their current business model(s).
With guidance from the Business Development Manager you will develop high quality customer communication, marketing and digital content that provides opportunities for engagement and relationship building with key stakeholders and potential new clients, developing digital activities to support and promote PCMIS.
In addition to day-to-day marketing activities you will contribute to the strategic marketing plan to nurture the PCMIS brand, portals, web and social media presence, help influence stakeholders and input to PCMIS system developments from understanding market intelligence and customer needs.
Skills, Experience & Qualification needed (see Job Description also)
- Educated to degree level, or equivalent professional qualification
- Student or graduate in marketing, media or a related subject area
- In-depth knowledge and experience of supporting external clients
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite applications and MS Office
- Experience of supporting digital products, and on-line media.
- Knowledge of NHS Talking Therapies (IAPT) programme and broader healthcare sector.
