Hosted by Guy’s and St Thomas’s NHS Foundation Trust, we enjoy the benefits of being NHS members of staff while focusing on innovation to improve the lives of patients and staff in the health and care sector.   • Developing multi-channel strategic marketing campaigns to promote our programmes to target audiences;
  • Coordinating team members to respond to complex briefs, ensuring all outputs are of the highest quality and are delivered efficiently;
  • Supporting the development of team members through regular internal skill sharing sessions;
  • Advising teams or programmes on how to achieve their goals through communications and engagement activities.
The post holder will be expected to be comfortable managing and communicating with different stakeholders, which could include commercial innovators, clinicians, journalists, or senior business leaders. It is essential that the post holder is equally comfortable working autonomously as an expert communications practitioner, or as a part of a multi-disciplinary team to deliver high-profile campaigns and other activities.

As an AHSN the HIN works with a range of expert support and services across the health and care sectors that support NHS innovators and companies to realise the commercial and economic potential of their innovations.

As part of the HIN adaptable working principles, which allows our ability to adapt to anticipated changes in project portfolios and gives staff the opportunity to enhance their skills and expertise, the successful candidate may be asked to operate across other themes and projects.
