Partnering directly with IT developers to expand the digital services available across the Customer Communication platform, focusing on delivering value add to customers and successfully delivery of multiple Santander initiatives. We are a motivated team, seeking an individual who is truly passionate about their work and attention to detail.

Working in an agile way, you will be key to the success of multiple key Santander initiatives for Customer Communication. Inputting in to design of new functionality, defining reconciliation and control models, testing of build and then successful use, to support migrations & projects.
Providing communications to our customer - you will receive training on an external Industry software called 'Quadient' Inspire Interactive, this will enable you to create briefs and communications within the system, collaborate to test and put live communications, which will be sent to external SANUK customers via email, eDoc, print, SMS and push notification.
Embracing change with experience of updating systems or something intricate/technical that requires attention to detail. Or you have experience with customer communications eg writing, checking, or how SanUK Governance process works
Managing controls/reconciliations or work with data and act now when you see issues
What you’ll bring.
Excellent organisational & planning skills with the ability to work proactively and prioritise within tight timescales.
Attention to detail.
Be proactive in identifying ways to improve processes/customer journey’s through go digital movement.
It would also be nice for you to have.
Presentation skills & ability to tailor approach to a variety audience.
Working knowledge of controls management.
Working knowledge of Santander business processes.
Agile Project knowledge.
What else you need to know.
We work on a 35 hours per week basis between 8 am – 5 pm, we also complete reconciliations 365 days a year and requirements are to work an average of 1 in 7 weekends including bank holidays
