Communication & I.T Manager
Estimated Starting Salary £ 40,000.00 to £47,000 PA
Due To further expansion, client and internal requirement, an opportunity has arose to develop a new position within our organisation.
Expected roles are listed below but the successful individual will be given opportunity to develop their job role within the business so this will suit a career minded individual with the ability to help push the business in different directions to achieve maximum growth.
Internal I.T support
Support internal staff on general requests with email, CMS and windows based issues
General network management. Wi-Fi & Switches
VOIP management
Server management
Keep server running and carry out required maintenance
Propose future upgraded with Vue to go cloud based.
Project management
Manage projects set out by the company
Example: migration of CMS system.
Removal of external I.T to internal I.T support
Cyber Essentials accreditation
Present and propose future project to management team based on technology changes.
External Projects
Support field engineers with I.T based issued.
Pre configuration of I.T based hardware
Education / Training / Progression
Keep up to date with current I.T requirements and trends
Attend training inline with technology and product changes
Help build a I.T support team as the technologies migrate to cloud-based solutions
Train filed engineers on basic I.T networking skills
Web Site
Carry out continued updates and maintenance of website
Present to company proposed improvements
Social Medial, recruitment and Marketing management
Management of social media pages
Keep pages fresh and up to date with content
Working with management team in relation to correct content
Utilise creative and social media to share job posting, network with professionals and research potential candidates
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: From £45,000.00 per year
