We have exciting opportunities for experienced Commissioning Project Managers to join our team!
What you’ll be doing:
You will work collaboratively with colleagues across the People Strategy and Commissioning, Public Health and Adult Social Care operations and Procurement teams to support the commissioning of services and the delivery of the Adult Social Care Transformation Programme.

Your main accountabilities will be:
· To develop and deliver commissioning strategies and plans which reflect national and local policies and priorities.
· To drive all phases of the commissioning cycle, creatively drawing on a wide range of resources and assets across the partnership, organisation and community.
· To develop appropriate and effective performance management systems for commissioned services.
· To manage the commissioning process from service redesign through to delivery, development or decommissioning of a service.
What you’ll have:
You will need to have a good understanding Adult Social Care and Health Services, experience in Social Care Services, Supported Housing, Mental Health, Public Health, SEND, or Care Service Management, with a proven track of successful commissioning of services within an organisation of comparable size and complexity.
If you are well organised, can work under pressure, and have the ability to maximise resources and improve service access, design and outcomes, through effective commissioning and development of internal and external providers to meet targets, then please get in touch.
