Contract Type: Fixed term until 31st August 2025.
Location: Council House, Derby
Main Responsibilities
- Provide support and coordination activity to deliver the needs of the business as directed by the CDHM
- Provide support and coordination to the service’s governance arrangements and business activities
- Support the CDM and CMDH in the delivery and coordination of projects, programmes of work and ‘business as usual’ activity undertaking a range of business support activities including, minute taking, setting up meetings and forums, co-ordinating events and keeping online content up-to-date and co-ordinating consultation and feedback intelligence for example:
- Administer to financial systems as required to ensure timely payments
- Be responsible for making changes to council systems to ensure payment details, and rates paid to providers etc. are correct and accurate payments are made
- Ensuring accurate customer records are maintained in terms of service provision and payment arrangements
- Ensure effective administration and support of market development activity including;
- multidisciplinary / multi-agency and sub-regional meetings and events, workshops, forums or
- improvement events, including liaising with managers and Lead Officers across Health Trusts, partner agencies and the Private, Voluntary and Independent Sector (PVI);
- Publishing calendars of events; organising venues and bookings, sending joining instructions etc., and ensuring timely production of materials and collating results and feedback.
- Provide coordination, support and administrative service to external consultants, and facilitators in the delivery of a broad range of initiatives as required
- Assist in disseminating and producing advertising material, calendars of events, newsletters, bulletins and reports, relating to business activities ensuring distribution as required
- Act as a point of contact related to the scope of work, projects and programmes in which both the hubs are engaged.
- To support Provider Forums and to promote good communication, information sharing and partnership working and with all providers.
- Ensure that all administration, recording keeping, and information management records are maintained
- To support senior management and the wider commissioning service with any necessary action required to manage the market, and deliver brokerage, quality assurance and contract management activity
- To ensure that a high level of confidentiality is maintained in all aspects of work.
- Undertake any other tasks, as directed, which are commensurate with the level of the post, as required.
