Role Overview
As a Commissions Team Member, you will ensure that all Audit reports are completed promptly to ensure commission is paid accurately and correctly.You will also ensure that all Paycycles are completed accurately and promptly and that all Robotics processes are run smoothly, and all exceptions are worked and investigated.In this role you will support with projects and propose and support streamlining processes and process improvements.
What you’ll do:
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, creating strong supporting relationships.
- Ensure all broker commission payments are processed accurately, efficiently and in a timely manner to the deadlines specified.
- Ensure that all Paycycles and Audit reports are completed accurately and promptly to permit timely and accurate payments to brokers.
- Provide support and assistance to Team Leader, Manager and other Team Members.
- Ensure customer queries are prioritised and resolved in a timely manner.
- Manage own workload to a consistently high standard and ensure teamwork is promoted throughout the team and the rest of Bupa.
- Take an active role in any departmental projects or key department objectives.
What you’ll bring:
- Good experience of Commission
- Proven numeracy skills and the drive to work with attention to detail.
- A customer service ethic and a professional telephone manner are essential.
- Experience of computerised systems and good keyboard skills.
