THE ROLE

As a Commis Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for wowing our guests with exceptional service and making them feel at home in our Nobu bar and Restaurant.
Your tasks will include but will not be limited to:
- Provide exceptional quality service to guests in a quick and efficient manner in line with hotel and brand standards
- Be comfortable in your ability to multi-task, prioritise and remain calm under pressure
- A good working knowledge of all food products – particularly the style and concept, as well as a good working knowledge of all beverage products. (Excellent training will be given!)
- Greet guests, take orders, serve and take payment in line with Nobu philosophy and standards
- Read tables and understand guest needs and dislikes

- Have an open and approachable manner and thrive on interacting with people
- Have great communication skills, a sense of humour and a welcoming smile
- An understanding of what it takes to provide outstanding levels of guest service
- An eye for detail and be immaculately presented
