Salary up to £25,630 (Basic salary: £24,330 plus an expected average annual service charge likely to be in the region of £1300) Paid for all hours worked including overtime – based on a 39 hour weekCOMMIS CHEF - London Hilton on Park LaneOur new restaurant launched in June 2023 is the heart of the hotel eating and drinking experience. Buzzy and fast paced from morning to late, with friendly and informal service in a landmark address. Located on the ground floor we offer a fine casual all day destination, with outdoor seating overlooking Hyde Park. We will be serving a breakfast buffet with live cooking stations and an all-day a la carte menu along with a signature afternoon tea.
