Job Description WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING: NEW CAMPUS CATERING VAN This role is a great opportunity to further your skills. we are looking for a chef to join our team, you will be running the NEW campus catering Van offering street food around campus. We want you to create menus with he support of the Head Chef and deliver fresh, creative street food on the University Campus THE INFO: Monday to Friday 30hrs a week 9.00am to 3.00pm Term Time WHAT WILL KEEP YOU BUSY: Assist in the preparation and cooking of menu items as directed by the Head Chef for the Catering Van Compliy with all company FOod Safety & Health and Safetry policies Contribute to the development and planning of menus, including future food trends and be passionate about developing new styles of service and concepts for the Catering food Van Support Manager with stock taking when required. Carry out the smooth and efficient running of your section as appropriate.
