Brockholes Nature Reserve,

Just off Junction 31 of the M6, Preston , Lancashire, PR5 OAG

This is such a fantastic and unique position it’s hard to describe, but in short you will be the onsite operational lead at our flagship nature reserve and floating visitor village.

This is an exciting opportunity that requires a highly skilled and experienced leader to influence and engage with people at all levels, whilst maintaining a friendly and professional attitude and ensuring the highest of standards of customer service are kept throughout.

This role is varied and unique and requires someone to be able to work under pressure. If you have a passionate and can do attitude then we would love to hear from you.

You’ll be bringing your experience and skills to help us develop and lead a team of managers who look after the commercial administration and operational staff, both in the office and also on our floating visitor village. Here at Brockholes we are all working to the same goal of ensuring that every single visitor– be that a member of public bird watching, a family on a day out, a school on a trip, or a wedding - gets a flawless visit from start to finish, and wants to return again and again.
