THE ROLE
Commercial Transformation Support Assistant plays an essential role at ASOS, sitting within the Commercial Operations Team who deliver new initiatives, including new systems and improvements to existing processes. Day-to-day this role would be about supporting the Transformation Partners to deliver these. This would include collaborating across the business, including with Commercial (Buying, Merchandising, Sourcing, Garment Tech and Studios) as well as our internal Tech teams, to define, build, test and launch new solutions.
Your daily activities will include:

Supporting the Commercial Transformation Partners on new projects, initiatives and existing process improvements. Which could include:
- Proactively working with a variety of key stakeholders including Buying, Merchandising and Tech teams within the Commercial, Digital and Supply Chain areas
- General project management support – inc. minute taking, meeting organisation and ad-hoc admin
- Data analysis, providing rollups and summaries using Excel, Microstrategy and Powerpoint
- Completing the first user testing of new templates and tech development
- Supporting the set up and validating the roll out of training materials for new systems and processes
- Supporting with problem solving when issues / queries arise from the Commercial teams on existing processes or systems
- Opportunity to grow and develop within the role to take on additional responsibility including project ownership

- Ability to communicate confidently and openly with others
- Ability to adaptively flex working style to suit the needs of the audience
- Proactive, can-do attitude
- The ability to prioritise based on a good understanding of Commercial activities
- Excellent time management, with the ability to effectively manage their own workload and juggle multiple priorities at once
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
