Our Corporate banking team services a range of clients, and as a Relationship manager you'll be expected to build, maintain & manage a defined portfolio of client relationships, helping them to grow or improve their Business. You will deliver an excellent client experience, whilst identifying opportunities to help meet their stated & unstated needs, being an expert user of colleague tools to drive added value to the client.
You'll work collaboratively with colleagues and build strong networks to bring the whole bank to the client and help us to achieve our purpose of Helping Islands Prosper.
Job Description
- Manages relationships with small clients to ensure their needs are met while supporting senior colleagues in managing more important client and customer relationships.
- Roles at this level are typically supervisors or junior professionals who are concerned with delivering results within established systems and with readily available support.
- Identifies shortcomings in current compliance processes, systems and procedures; develops ad hoc solutions to immediate problems within assigned unit and/or discipline.
- Personally meets customer needs related to standard products and services and/or supervises a team of customer advisors.
- Develops personal capabilities using existing formal and informal training opportunities, while also coaching others as required.
- Supports internal customers to ensure their needs are met and/or helps senior colleagues manage client relationships.
- Develops prescribed solutions and generates new opportunities by maintaining relationships with customers (small and medium sized companies, retail clients, high net worth individual customers, etc.) to ensure their needs are met and/or supervises an account management team working within established systems.
