RCK Partners is a consultancy specialising in tax relief incentive schemes. Established in 2020, we have quickly emerged as the challenger to the established market leaders. To date, we have delivered in excess of £30m of client benefit and are currently working on an additional £20m.
We have ambitious growth plans to double in size every year for the next 3 years. Our growth strategy is simple - recruit the top 1% achieving professionals in the industry and remunerate those individuals at a premium rate for proven results.
We are an extremely high-performance firm with all staff having broken sales and delivery records. This new role is being recruited for at an exciting stage of our growth plans.
For this role we require individuals who are very money motivated and have a hunger to excel within their careers in a fast-paced environment. The expectations of the role are as follows:
- Proactively target suitable prospects and qualify them against our criteria for client onboarding
- Actively source new opportunities for business development
- Build a network of referral partners from which to develop client opportunities
- Maintain exceptional client focused relationships
- Being highly commercially minded and astute, keeping abreast of all relevant updates within the industry and offering full credibility to clients at all times
- You will have full autonomy for your work and must have the gravitas and charisma to build your own portfolio. RCK has a higher performance culture and as such you should be able to perform under pressure in a very competitive environment.
The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following skills and experience:
- Successful and demonstrable sales background, ideally within the property sector (estate agency/property management etc)
- Educated to degree level (degree in Real Estate would be desirable, but not essential)
- Ability to demonstrate experience of success within a high pressure sales environment
- Proficient in MS Office
Unlike a lot of other sales opportunities, the opportunity we offer is extremely lucrative. We offer the following:
- Starting base of £50k
- Bonus of between £15k-£35k depending on how much you exceed your set revenue target (minimum bonus for achieving target is £15k)
- Ongoing 5% commission of contract based revenue every year for the life of each client contract
- Annual end-of-year £5k bonus to all staff if the company achieves target for the year
