Commercial Professional
- Supports the development of successful outcomes through supporting commercial teams alongside customers and sales teams on contracts.
- Supports the commercial proposition, structure development and monitoring of financial performance for mid-sized opportunities, supporting in the management of contractual risks and obligations.
- Contributes to maintenance and development of customer relationships and satisfaction, and delivery of commitments within service level agreements.
- Supports the resolution of high risk contact related issues and challenges.
- Contributes to commercial growth opportunities.
- Supports in the implementation of ways to improve working processes within the area of commercial trading & management.
- Effective planner and co-ordinator: create well-structured plans and effective governance in a matrixed environment
- Outcome orientated: Focused on delivering the best outcomes, being ready to challenge stakeholders
- Commercial acumen – understanding of the levers that drive commercial performance
- Experience of working to and meeting deadlines for internal/external customers and suppliers
- Demonstrable experience of collaborating with and influencing a diverse range of stakeholders
- Has worked to demanding timescales with fixed deliverable outputs within a matrix organisation
BT have moved to a hybrid working model - you can work from home 2 days per week. This means you’ll be at your contractual location 3 days a week.
