Job Profile for Commercial Plumber - SEL264364

Commercial Plumber required for our client, a Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning contractor who work throughout Cambridgeshire and Norfolk covering commercial sites including Offices, factories and more. They are seeking a Plumber with good experience on general plumbing commonly used with commercial and industrial systems to join the team. The ideal candidates will also be multi skilled and able support the business within other areas on remedial PPM duties. The ideal candidate will be based within an hour of Peterborough.

The plumber will be carrying out emergency works, such as repairing leaks, working on heating systems (non gas work) such as changing pumps, valves etc. as well as carrying out remedial works. There would also be a small amount of installation work. The Plumber must hold a minimum of an NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in plumbing and heating, as well as have 3+ years post qualifications experience.

Commercial Plumber Position Requirements

• NVQ Level 2 Plumbing and Heating or equivalent
• 3+ years post qualification experience
• Based within hour of Peterborough
• Full UK driving license

Commercial Plumber Position Remuneration

• Salary £30,000-34,000
• 40 hour week
• Travel pay after 30 mins
• Company van + fuel card
• Overtime paid 1.5x
• 22 days holiday + BH
• Call Out 1-7 (£150 retainer, Overtime Rates)
