About Kambi
Kambi Group plc is a leading B2B provider of premium sports betting services to licensed gaming operators. Our services provide an end-to-end solution for operators wanting to launch a standalone Sportsbook or bolster their existing offering with an innovative sports betting product. From front-end user interface to customer intelligence, risk management and odds compiling, all built on our in-house developed software, we strive to deliver the ultimate service and solution to our partners.
The team:
We’re looking for a Paralegal to join our award-winning Legal team as part of Kambi’s continued growth. You will be joining a team of nearly 30 people split across London and Stockholm, helping to provide support to the Kambi business globally.
The Paralegal will be working primarily within the commercial team.
The role:
- Conducting legal research on a wide range of jurisdictions.
- Handling company secretarial matters including drafting board minutes and liaising with internal stakeholders.
- Supporting deal lawyers with negotiations.
- Preparing and maintaining contract summaries and standard precedents
- Assisting with commercial litigation matters
- Drafting and reviewing contracts such as NDAs and other standard agreements.
Ideally you’ll have:
- 2 years’ previous commercial Paralegal experience either in-house or private practice.
- Ability to demonstrate understanding and context of legal tasks.
- Familiarity with project management
- Ability to work both independently and in a team.
- An eagerness to learn.
- Thrive in a friendly, supportive but high-paced work environment.
- Are curious and take the initiative by looking at new ways of doing things, while knowing when to ask for support or guidance.
