The 2023 Fitch Solutions Graduate Program offers an ideal experience for recent graduates who are interested in pursuing a financial services career in either a commercial or product management capacity and wish to work in a dynamic client-facing role. During the program, selected participants can expect to receive exceptional in-depth training in a diverse peer environment built on inclusiveness, experiential learning, and development in the following areas:
- Customer Success Management (CSM): Embodying an integral part of the support structure for Fitch Solutions, participants will learn to drive value and adoption of the Fitch Connect platform across a subset of key clients within our book of business.
- Product: Delivering continuous improvement to enhance the quality of Fitch’s ratings and supporting analytics by utilizing new tools, content, datasets and models, participants will learn to identify, evaluate, prioritize, implement and manage new Ratings product initiatives which support the strategic vision of Fitch Ratings and Fitch Solutions.
- Sales: the sales team manages existing clients relationships as well as exploring new business opportunities. The participants will learn to engage with customers on a commercial level, research opportunities, manage client outreach and develop selling and negotiation skills.
In addition, participants can also look forward to networking events, exploration of Fitch’s commitment to community service, direct one-to-one mentorship, and further educational and professional development.
Details:
- 12 months total, including 2-3 weeks of initial training
- Guaranteed job placement upon successful completion of the program
- 8 months with the Customer Success Team
- 3+ months final rotation (Sales or Product Teams)
- In-depth ongoing training, mentoring, and assessment throughout
Eligibility:
- 2023 graduates with less than 12 months of relevant full-time experience
- Must be able to work in London (hybrid office schedule)
- Ability to start in September 2023
- Work authorization in the UK (no sponsorship required)
