Role Description
The Finance Analyst main responsibility is to provide finance business partnering by supporting in the delivery of business objectives through provision and interpretation of key commercial management information. Provision of insight and analysis to support financial and business decision of your sub team. Maintain and develop strong working relationships with cross functional teams to the businesses you are aligned to. Ensure you are focused on process improvement, standardization and adopting best practices in everything you do. Examples of responsibilities but not exhaustive:

- Review sales performance, establish key variances vs comparatives and be able to verbally summarise performance to stakeholders
- Full review of commercial performance across key metrics
- Identify key insights using trend analysis and the variance report. Partner with account managers to establish action plan where required to address issues
- Investigate and bring clarity of any accruals, releases or other transaction types impacting sales performance. Root cause analysis of any erroneous data and take corrective measures
