Why this job matters
In this role, you will support the delivery of commercial analysis & insight activity working closely with the Data Development and Insight Managers, supporting bespoke analysis across the product portfolio. You will own the project delivery plan and RAID log on behalf of the team to help maintain control, governance, and transparency across the teams deliverables. Producing monthly performance packs to update key stakeholders on the outcomes were are delivering
What you’ll be doing
- Accountable for delivering the Commercial Analysis & Insight project delivery tracker and RAID log
- Supports delivery of the SMB “data playbook” to drive standardisation, coverage, and transparency across the data landscape
- Develop new statistical analysis that aid and support strategic commercial decision making
- Supports team deliverables – working collaboratively with the Data Development Manager and Commercial Insight Managers
- Produces monthly performance packs, distributing across the SMB LT
- Be creative in leveraging new data sets and creating new sources of insight to help solve our toughest commercial problems and make tangible recommendations
The skills you’ll need

- Excellent analytical & modelling skills
- Use data analytics
- SQL skills & experience mandatory
- Advanced Excel skills mandatory
- Tableau, and other data visualisation tools experience would be highly advantageous

Flexible working
BT have moved to a hybrid working model - you can work from home 2 days per week. This means you’ll be at your contractual location 3 days a week.
