Commercial Contracts Lawyer/Legal Executive/Contracts Manager Wellingborough A rare and unique opportunity has arisen for an In-House Commercial Contracts Lawyer/Legal Executive/Contracts Manager to join a market-leading British wholesale organisation, in their Northampton office. This role is rewarded with a competitive salary and agile working. It presents an excellent in-house opportunity for an experienced Commercial Contracts professional to provide legal advice and expertise to a Northampton based national organisation in a position of immense growth.

About the role

The successful Commercial Contracts professional will provide services centrally focused on:

  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders in the creation of formal agreements and contracts;
  • Reviewing, assess and draft a wide range of formal commercial contracts;
  • Managing a varied caseload of commercial contracts;
  • Liaising with external legal counsel and stakeholders when appropriate.

About you

The successful Commercial Contracts professional will have at least one year of commercial contracts experience. You will also:

  • Be able to demonstrate a track record of drafting and leading the negotiation of commercial contracts;
  • Be able to prioritise and manage your own caseload,
  • Proven ability of working with stakeholders at all levels.

You will have a good eye for detail, have excellent communication skills and have a commercial, client-focused approach. You must be able to commute to their Northampton office.
