This is a great opportunity to join a long established and quality commercial insurance brokerage as a part of their commercial claims team. Our client has a large and varied commercial client base and so there will be many different claims for you to deal with. They don’t merely act as a post box, preferring instead to take a “hands on” approach to all claims, working hard to ensure the best possible outcome for the client.
You will be handling claims from inception through to settlement, liaising with clients, insurers, loss adjuster etc., providing regular updates, analysing policy wording and challenging insurers where necessary.
Although this role is predominately office based, there is a bit of flexibility to work from home and you may be required to visit clients from time to time with the account executives to discuss their claims.
This role could appeal to either experienced commercial claims handlers looking for a change of scenery or a relatively junior claims handler looking to find an opportunity to expand your career into a more technically diverse role.
