Job description

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join the BSS Commercial Services team. No previous Commercial experience required, this is a great entry route into Commercial where you can develop and build your knowledge.

This is a hybrid working role, part office based at BSS Cross Point (Coventry) / BSS Magna Park (Lutterworth) to join as a team and collaborate together, and part home based.

What you’ll do…

Prepare and input contract support updates into the computer system
Investigate and report on queries in relation to supplier contract claims
Use spreadsheets and enquiry databases, and resolve queries with both suppliers and BSS branches
Apply accurate and timely system updates to ensure accurate claims are made

Well organised with the ability to plan workload to achieve tight deadlines
Good with numbers and with excellent attention to detail
Enthusiastic and applies an investigative approach to problem solving
Someone who can easily demonstrate being proactively driven, team focused, and self motivated
Comfortable communicating verbally and in writing with a variety of colleagues and suppliers
Confident using Microsoft Excel

You’ll need good communication and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to collaborate, since you'll be working closely with our branches and suppliers alongside the wider Commercial and Finance teams.
