Commercial Assistant

Outline and Duties of the role:
This role will see you providing back-office support for the busy Commercial Team, a background in Accountancy and or data processing will be key for you to complete the below duties:
- Reviewing all costs incurred on the Project and production of analysis & reports
- Collation of Record Sheets and production of analysis & reports
- Sales Ledger – issuing Sales Invoices and maintaining the Sales Tracker
- Purchase Ledger – processing supplier and sub-contractor invoices and assisting with payments
- Carry out weekly timesheet reconciliation between Partner and SPA Timesheet Systems
- Liaise with team members for missing timesheet data
- Liaise with all levels of the Construction Team, such as Project Managers and Site Managers
- Liaison with the Client on Commercial matters, including preparation and submission of supporting information
- Reaching set targets and working to deadlines
- All other administration duties as required by Senior Management

Your required Skills and Experience
- Previous experience within Data Collation & processing and invoice processing
- Accountancy experience
- Competent user of the complete MS office suite
- Able to work collaboratively in a multi-team environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise
- Hold a in GCSE’s English & Maths
