Commercial Analyst - Remote or office based at either Leeds or Kenilworth Leeds, England

As part of the Commercial team, the Commercial Analyst is responsible for providing robust commercial analysis, evaluation and reporting on hotel and portfolio performance in Revenue Management, Sales and overall Commercial indicators to enable the revenue management and sales teams to make informed and effective decisions.
***This role can either be remote or office based at either our Leeds or Kenilworth locations***
What will I do?
- Report, analyse and present commercial performance from a Revenue and Sales perspective
- Design and deliver impactful information analysis to the relevant commercial functions
- Maintain develop a suite of reports
- Interact directly with multiple departments across the organisation
- Contribute towards developing, publishing and monitoring KPI’s
- Act as an analysis tools and data repository expert
- Undertake projects where necessary to develop provide in depth analysis
Is this the role for me?
- Degree level (or equivalent) qualified with a professional qualification gained in either statistics, information technology or related discipline
- Would consider either a Graduate or an experienced individual
- Strong IT skills including advanced Excel is a must!
- Ability to manipulate and analyse data using reporting/data mining software (e.g. SAS, Teradata)
- Able to work under pressure to deadlines and targets
- Understanding of the hotel sector would be an advantage
- Strong problem solving, organisational, communication interpersonal skills
- Have excellent attention to detail
