What you'll be doing:
We're currently recruiting a dedicated Commanding Officers House Manager to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in Defence on a full time basis, contracted to 37.5 hours per week.
As a Commanding Officers House Manager, you will use your skills to maintain a high standard of quality work. More about the role:Our ideal Commanding Officers House Manager will:
- Organise and execute a variety of high profile formal and informal infunctions including dinners, lunch parties, barbeques and drinks receptions, managing both contractor and RN personnel as appropiate.
- To be available to greet and provide hotel services for official house guests, including preparation of accommodation and dealing with baggage.
- Maintain a monthly income and expenditure register and present claims following official functions.
- Provide a full valeting service.
- To monitor the maintenance and cleanliness of spaces in the residence.
- Maintain security
- Maintain bedding and linen stocks
- To receive, sort and deliver mail and messages to the principal and official guests.
