Loop is a busy contact centre, handling contacts for our Yorkshire Water customers through various methods including telephone, e-mails & letters, we are based in Thornbury, Bradford, on the border with Leeds (near Pudsey). We are looking for passionate customer service advisors to come and join our team in the Collections Contact Centre. The roles are customer facing and we offer a starting salary of £20,962. We have a fantastic progression plan in place so you could earn up to £25,736!
The hours will be between 09:30 - 18:00 Monday to Friday and alternative Saturday's 9-3pm.
We also have a hybrid approach to working so once you have completed your 5 week training programme and passed your probation period, we can offer home and office based working.
What will the role involve?
As a Customer Service Advisor you will be responsible for answering the incoming telephone calls from customers across the Yorkshire region. The service we deliver to the customer has a strong focus on providing a professional, high quality of service. This is driven by targets with emphasis on dealing with customer enquiries quickly and accurately and ensuring we provide a service tailored to the customer. It's a fast moving and challenging environment and the level of service we provide is governed by our regulator OFWAT. You will use your skills in influencing and negotiation to agree realistic payment plans. Identify the best call resolution for both the customer and Yorkshire Water. Reviewing the customer collection process by manually monitoring accounts.

Calls are varied so you’ll need excellent listening skills to understand customer queries to enable a right first time resolution.
Numeracy, IT skills and a good standard of spelling and grammar.
You will be someone that’s passionate about delivering a great customer service and exceeding customer expectations and have experience of dealing with customers face to face or over the telephone.
